Data Deletion

You may request deletion of personal information associated with your use of 5DV websites, products, prototypes, or connected services by emailing info@5dv.ca.

Please include your name, email address, the product or service involved, and the specific data you want deleted. If applicable, include: %APP_OR_PROJECT_NAME%%.

If you connected a Google account to a 5DV product, you can revoke access at any time from your Google Account permissions page:

https://myaccount.google.com/permissions

We will verify the request and delete or anonymize eligible data within %DELETION_RESPONSE_TIME%%, unless we are required to retain certain information for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or legitimate business reasons.
